Effective Oct. 31, 2009, Fitch withdrew the ''F1'' ratings assigned to the notes issued by each of five ABCP programs that were created last fall in conjunction with the Money Market Investor Funding Facility. This Federal Reserve Board initiative, designed to provide liquidity to U.S. money market investors by facilitating the sales of money market instruments in the secondary market, terminated effective Oct. 31, 2009.

The ''F1'' rating assigned to the ABCP notes issued by the following programs were withdrawn effective Oct. 31, 2009:

--Hadrian Funding Co., LLC;

--Trajan Funding Co., LLC;

--Aurelius Funding Co., LLC;

--Antoninus Funding Co., LLC;

--Nerva Funding Co., LLC.
