HONG KONG, Nov 24 (Reuters) - By 0229 GMT, the benchmark Hang

Seng Index had slipped 0.03 percent to 22,764.60.

The China Enterprises Index of top locally listed

mainland Chinese stocks was down 0.12 percent at 13,608.92.

Here are some of the stocks on the move:

* Shares in Chinese banks fell amid news that China's banking

regulator wanted big state lenders to raise their capital

adequacy ratios after a lending boom this year, according to a

source with direct knowledge of the matter..

Bank of China fell 1.3 percent amid

news it was in talks with investment banks to raise money to meet

Beijing's new capital guidelines, in what could be a roughly $15

billion fundraising effort..

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China was flat,

while China Construction Bank lost 0.7 percent.
