NEW YORK, March 4 (Reuters) - Shares of TiVo Inc surged 54 percent to $15.76 on Thursday after a the U.S. appeals court upheld a contempt finding against EchoStar in a patent infringement case.
Shares of Dish Network fell 2.2 percent to $21.23.
