MOSCOW, March 19 (Reuters) - An senior aide to Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said on Friday that a new nuclear arms reduction treaty with the United States could be signed in April in Europe, RIA news agency reported.
After Putin's meeting with U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Putin's deputy chief of staff Yuri Ushakov said a successor to the START I treaty would probably be signed in Europe and not in Washington, RIA reported.
Ushakov also said that Russia's long delayed entry into the World Trade Organisation needed to be resolved before full cooperation with the United States could take place, RIA reported.
