Proceeds from the financing will allow the Company to proceed with the Nano-Jet testing at the Cad Railway Industries Ltd., testing facilities located in Montreal, Canada. The Cad Railway Industries facility is the service center to two of North America's largest railways, Canadian National Railway Company and Canadian Pacific Railway.
Consisting of engineers, technicians, mechanics, electricians, and certified welders, Cad Railway Industries is equipped to successfully deliver and provide an uncompromised quality product to Hitor Group, Inc.
Extending over 1,500,000 square feet with a building area of 190,000 square feet, it is capable of accommodating in excess of 200 cars outside, in addition to 70 cars in its shops. The testing will confirm that the Nano-Jet can provide a proven fuel saving device for consumer application that also aids the environment, while allowing maximum performance for vehicles powered by fossil fuels.
