The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. (BTMU), a subsidiary of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc., hereby announces that Mr. Kuroyanagi will step down as Director and Chairman of BTMU effective April 1, 2012.
