| Footnotes | Each of Shanghai Industrial Investment (Holdings) Company Limited, which is controlled by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government (through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely Shanghai Investment Holdings Limited, SIIC Capital (B.V.I.) Limited, South Pacific International Trading Limited, SIIC Treasury (B.V.I.) The percentage level (before the change) is calculated based on the Company's total number of issued shares of 5,000,687,517 as at 28 December 2011. The percentage level (after the change) is calculated based on the Company's total number of issued shares of 5,055,947,517 as at 8 February 2012.
