| Footnotes | NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Register of Members and the Register of Share Transfers will be closed immediately after 5.00 p.m. on 11 May 2012 (Singapore time) until 5.00 p.m. on 14 May 2012 (Singapore time) to determine shareholders' entitlements to the final dividend. Duly completed registrable transfers with the relevant share certificates received by:- (a) the Company's share transfer agent in Singapore, M & C Services Private Limited, 138 Robinson Road, #17-00 The Corporate Office, Singapore 068906; and (b) the Company's share registrar in the Isle of Man, IFG International (Registrars) Limited, International House, Castle Hill, Victoria Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM2 4RB, British Isles no later than 5.00 p.m. (Singapore time) on 11 May 2012 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the final dividend. In respect of ordinary shares in securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), the final dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will, in turn, distribute the dividend to holders of the ordinary shares. Payment of the dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 24 April 2012, will be made on 22 May 2012.
