Co-investment Plan -Director / PDMRs investment

Bodycote plc (the 'Company') announces that on 8 May 2012 it was notified by
the trustees of the Bodycote Employee Benefit Trust that the following PDMR had
completed the purchase of shares in connection with the rules of the Bodycote
Co-Investment Plan ("CIP"). A separate notification will be made once Matching
Shares have been awarded.
