The Carrefour Group (Paris:CA) announces the consolidation of its real estate expertise by placing the activities of Carrefour Property in France, Spain and Italy and Carrefour International Real Estate under the supervision of Francis Mauger, appointed Executive Director Development and Real Estate Group.
In addition, this new real estate division is reinforced by the appointment of Yves Cadelano as Director Carrefour Property France. Since 2006, Yves Cadelano has served as Executive Vice-President of Mercialys, the real estate subsidiary of the Casino Group, which he joined in 2004. This appointment will be effective as of June 18th, 2012.
Anne-Marie Aurières-Perrin was appointed Deputy Director Carrefour Property France, enlarging both her scope and her role alongside Francis Mauger and Yves Cadelano in developing and implementing the Group's real estate strategy.
Andrea Orsa and Justo Martin remain respectively Director Carrefour Property Italy and Director Carrefour Property Spain.
