MADRID (AFX) - Banco Santander Central Hispano SA and Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC's risk capital joint venture Vista Capital is studying a counterbid to Compania Gestion de Explotaciones Aeroportuarias's 29 eur per share full offer for Aldeasa SA, Expansion reported, without naming its source.
Yesterday, US venture capital group Advent Internacional confirmed that it is also studying a bid for Aldeasa.
The deadline for counterbids is Feb 21.
