MOSCOW (AFX) - The merger of the two state-owned groups Rosneft and gas monopoly Gazprom will not be completed this month, but will probably take place during the first quarter of the current year, Interfax cited a state fund official as saying.
Gazprom said late December it expects the merger to be completed no later than January.
