Mr. Andaloro has 36 years of business experience, primarily in operational improvement, product development, technology services, sales and marketing. He has held executive-level positions in the manufacturing, distribution, and executive education industries. Prior to joining Thomas Group, Mr. Andaloro was Founder and President of Game Plan Enterprises, and has also worked for such companies as Beatrice Foods, Pioneer Flour Mills, and Lancer Corporation. He holds a BS in Biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Robert (Andy) Andersen
Mr. Andersen has 28 years of business and military experience, in the areas of logistics, organizational development, team building and leadership. Prior to joining Thomas Group, he was Super Bowl Coordinator for Jacksonville International Airport. He has also held positions at the Navy Mutual Aid Association, Wachovia National Bank and GRAIG/is, Ltd. He has 24 years of service in the U.S. Navy, where he commanded several squadrons, and as an Executive Assistant to the U.S. Secretary of Defense. He holds a BS in Operations Analysis from the U.S. Naval Academy, and an MA in National Security and Strategy from the U.S. Naval War College.
Rob Brosius
Mr. Brosius has 25 years of business experience in the areas of business planning, plant management, mergers and acquisitions, international business, and turnaround management. He has held executive-level positions in the semiconductors mechanical devices and defense systems industries. Prior to joining Thomas Group, he was President and COO of Fuji/Collmer Semiconductor, and has held positions at MagneTek ALS, Hi-Shear Defense Systems, Fairchild Controls, and Cinema Products. He has a BS in Marketing and Business Management from the University of Arizona and a MS in Business/Logistics Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
Howard P. Bruck
Mr. Bruck has 34 years of business experience in the areas of sales management, operations and product management. He has held positions in the computer software and hardware, interactive services and engineering consulting industries. Prior to joining Thomas Group, he specialized in executive-level consulting on sales processes and sales operations. He has held positions at Oracle Corporation, Apple Computer and Tektronix. Mr. Bruck holds a BS in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Northeastern University.
Tom O'Connor
Mr. O'Connor has 27 years of professional experience in the areas of production, operations, manufacturing and quality assurance. He has held positions in the PCB hardware and software, military power supplies, and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Thomas Group, Mr. O'Connor was Director of Operations at DNA Computing Solutions. He has also held positions at Continental Electronics Manufacturing Company, and Varo, LLC. He holds a BS in Physics from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Richard Panko
Mr. Panko has 24 years of experience in operations, international business, finance and strategic planning. He has held positions in the chemical manufacturing, industrial services, distribution, and mining industries. Before joining Thomas Group, he was Regional Markets Manager at Safety-Kleen. He has worked at PCS Corporation, Elements, PLC, and Occidental Chemicals. He has a BS from Pennsylvania State University, and an MBA in Industrial Management/Finance from Georgia State University.
Rex Roe
Mr. Roe has 23 years professional experience. Prior to joining Thomas Group, he was Vice President, Global Marketing, Americas Region for LSG Sky Chefs. He has also held other executive-level positions at LSG Sky Chefs, in the areas of operations, administration, and regional management. He holds a BA from Michigan State University, College of Business, School of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management.

Mr. Tinsley has 27 years of professional experience in business operations, global manufacturing, marketing, sales, engineering, finance, new product development, and human resources. He has held positions in the digital imaging, semiconductors, electronics, personal computer, telecommunications, and high tech manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Thomas Group, he was CEO of Digital Jet Technologies, and also held positions at Texas Instruments, Compaq Computer Corporation, and Visiontec Inc. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston.
Gary G. Weik
Mr. Weik has 36 years of executive experience in sales, operations, and financial management. He has held CEO positions in the consulting, software, entertainment and cable television industries. Prior to joining Thomas Group, he was Executive Director of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and School, and has also worked at Spectravision, Cox Cable, Harte-Hanks Cable, and Streamgate. He holds a BA in Communications from the University of Nebraska.
