that John A. Delaney and William P. Foley, II have been elected to its
Board of Directors.
Mr. Delaney is currently president of the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. A graduate of the University of Florida and its College of Law, Mr. Delaney has a distinguished career of public service, having served as Mayor of the City of Jacksonville from 1995 until 2003 after serving as a Prosecutor and as the City's General Counsel.
Mr. Foley is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity National Financial Services, Inc., a provider of products and services to financial institutions and the real estate industry and a member of the Fortune 500. He also serves as the non-executive chairman of CKE Restaurants (NASDAQ:CKE) as well as a director of Covansys Corporation, Winter Sports, Inc. and the Jacksonville Electric Authority.
