Marne-la-Vallee (AFX) - Euro Disney SCA announced today that Karl Holz, president and chief operating officer of Euro Disney SAS, will take over the responsibilities of chairman and CEO Andre Lacroix, who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.
Holz joined Euro Disney in Sept 2004. Effective immediately, he will assume full responsibility for all aspects of the business.
