Customer Care Visionary From Time Warner Cable to Lead SupportSoft Expert Center |

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Oct. 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SupportSoft, Inc. today announced the appointment of David Temlak as senior vice president, customer service. Temlak will be responsible for the SupportSoft Expert Center, which will deliver technology support services to consumers based on the SupportSoft technology platform. Temlak will report directly to Josh Pickus, president and CEO of SupportSoft. Temlak brings over 15 years of experience in managing customer service operations to SupportSoft. Most recently, he served as the senior vice president of customer care at Time Warner Cable, the nation's second largest cable company. At Time Warner Cable, he was responsible for supporting over 14 million customers by guiding its Corporate Customer Care operations that helped service all TWC product lines, including Road Runner, the highly successful High Speed Internet Service Provider offering. Prior to Time Warner Cable, Temlak held customer care management positions at Continental Cablevision, Banyan Systems and Connolly Data Systems. The SupportSoft Expert Center brings together technical support professionals with the most advanced PC diagnostic and support automation tools to resolve technology problems for consumers.
