LONDON (Thomson Financial) - BBA Aviation PLC, which provides business aviation services, said it has appointed an executive at automotive engineer GKN PLC as its new chief executive.
BBA said Simon Pryce will join the board as chief executive on June 11, replacing Michael Harper, who is currently executive chairman and will become non-executive chairman.
