PARIS (Thomson Financial) - Lagardere Active, Lagardere's media group, said in a statement that it was selling its Swedish Hachette Filipacchi unit to Swedish editor Allers Förlag.
No financial details were disclosed.
Hachette Filipacchi Medias and editor Forlag 'are in the final stages of negotiating the transfer of Swedish Hachette unit, which publishes Elle, Cafe and Elle Interior,' the statement said.
The deal is pending the approval of the Swedish competition commission.
