LONDON (Thomson Financial) - SQS Software Quality Systems AG said its broker Altium Capital Ltd placed 651,262 shares in SQS with institutional investors at 284.5 pence per share, on behalf of some SQS employees who chose to exercise their share options.
The independent software testing and quality management services provider said its CEO Rudolf van Megen and COO Heinz Bons agreed to transfer a total of 811,932 shares to the employees exercising their options.
The employees sold 651,262 shares, which were placed with institutions, and chose to retain 160,670 shares.
