HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - Cheung Kong (Holdings) chairman Li Ka-shing sold 8.616 mln shares in China Southern Airlines at an average share price of 12.86 hkd, according to a stock exchange disclosure.
After the transaction, which took place on Friday, Li's shareholdings in the airline dropped to 14.61 pct from 15.35 pct, it said.
At 11.03, China Sourthern Airlines was down 0.66 hkd or 5.78 pct at 10.76.
