CB&I (NYSE:CBI) announced today that the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 has expired with respect to the company's pending acquisition of Lummus Global. The acquisition is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2007, pending approval by CB&I stockholders and satisfaction of other customary closing conditions.
