Ken Stevens, former principal and member of the board of Kennedy Wilson International, with almost 30 years of experience in real estate development, finance and marketing, has teamed with Jon Gollinger, former east coast CEO of Kennedy Wilson, to form Accelerated Marketing Partners (AMP). Stevens heads west coast operations for AMP, focusing in and around major markets like San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego. From 1987 to 1996, Stevens was a principal and member of the board of Kennedy Wilson International, one of the largest real estate services and investment firms in the world, and worked closely with the Tokyo, London and Hong Kong offices. He brought a dynamic approach to real estate marketing to his native Australia, where the auction process was already the primary home sales method. After leaving Kennedy Wilson, Stevens started Matken Pacific Development, a company specializing in custom home building, land acquisition and entitlement, working with publicly traded home builders, such as Standard Pacific and KB Homes.
Gollinger is the east coast chief executive officer of Accelerated Marketing Partners and heads east coast operations, including expansion into major metropolitan markets such as Boston, New York, Washington, D.C., Atlanta and throughout Florida. With over 35 years of experience in conventional and accelerated real estate marketing, Gollinger is a leading marketing expert and real estate consultant in the northeast.
