MADRID (Thomson Financial) - NH Hoteles SA and domestic peer AC are studying buying Occidental's hotels in Spain and the Caribbean, Expansion reported, without citing sources.
Occidental core share holders Inditex owner Amancio Ortega and Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA have decided to sell all the chain's hotels in Spain, except for its two most emblematic buildings, the newspaper noted.
No financial details of the disposal were revealed.
