NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Group 1 Automotive Inc. said late Monday it acquired Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Volkswagen franchises in Georgia and South Carolina to expand its luxury and import offerings in its Eastern region.
The three dealerships are expected to generate about $107.1 million in estimated annual revenue, Houston-based automotive retailer Group 1 said.
