      CompuGROUP Increases Its Involvement in the Hospital Field: Acquisition of 
      fliegel data 
 
      Koblenz/Höxter (Germany) -  March  04,  2008:  CompuGROUP  Holding  AG,  a 
      leading European eHealth provider located in Koblenz (Germany),  increases 
      its involvement in the German hospital market: With the acquisition of all 
      shares  in  fliegel  data  GmbH  (Höxter)  as  well  as  in  herbert  dahm 
      datensysteme  GmbH  (Düsseldorf)  by  CompuGROUP's   subsidiary,   systema 
      Deutschland GmbH, the holding strengthens its  position  in  this  segment 
      significantly. 
 
      CompuGROUP is now in the process of completing its  product  portfolio  in 
      the German hospital and clinic group market  segment.  Together  with  its 
      subsidiaries ISPRO (GP portal), Aescudata (ERP and  hospital  pharmacies), 
      ifap (pharmacy databases) and vita-X (electronic  patient  record),  which 
      are also active in this market segment,  CompuGROUP  is  now  one  of  the 
      biggest players in the German market  for  hospital  information  systems. 
      Almost every second German hospital  uses  one  of  CompuGROUP's  software 
      products. In the European market, the company and its further subsidiaries 
      in the hospital information system segment in Austria, Poland, Turkey  and 
      the Czech Republic make up the top group of  hospital  information  system 
      providers. 
 
      Since 1979, fliegel data has  been  developing  the  hospital  information 
      system fd-klinika at its company headquarters at Höxter. fd-klinika  is  a 
      complete  solution  for  a   total   of   approximately   200   hospitals, 
      rehabilitation clinics and nursing homes. It is  also  among  the  leading 
      German software solutions. It will be integrated in the product  portfolio 
      of systema Deutschland, which specializes  in  both  hospital  information 
      systems and  picture  archiving  and  communication  systems  (PACS).  The 
      company is headed by Frank Brecher and Dr. Wolrad Rube.

      the company's regional expert  centers  located  in  Koblenz,  Düsseldorf, 
      Berlin and  Hanover.  "The  acquisition  of  fliegel  data  constitutes  a

      as a fundamental step towards becoming Number One in the worldwide eHealth
