She brings Infusionsoft more than 10 years customer service operations experience, having implemented customer service solutions for software application support, healthcare, tourism, e-commerce, retail and mortgage lending. Most recently with Ravielli CRM Consulting, Ravielli implemented new CRM and call-routing technology for ScriptLogic that reduced resource load by 30 percent.
