Haights Cross Communications, Inc. (HCC) announced today that its Second Quarter 2008 conference call with investors and analysts is scheduled for Wednesday, August 20, 2008, at 4:00 pm (Eastern Time). The call was rescheduled from August 13, 2008, pending the completion of the refinancing of Haights Cross Communications Senior Secured Term Loans which is expected to be completed on or before August 15, 2008.
The conference call will feature Paul J. Crecca, President and Chief Executive Officer; and Mark Kurtz, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. HCC will issue its Second Quarter 2008 financial results on or before Wednesday, August 20, 2008.
