Nov 21 (Reuters) - The number of people unemployed in Russia was 4.6 million, pushing up the unemployment rate to 6.1 percent of the workforce in October from 5.3 percent in the previous month, the Federal Statistics Service said on Friday.
That is the highest rate of unemployment in four months.
