SINGAPORE, Dec 23 (Reuters) - Singapore property developer
CapitaLand may be in focus on Tuesday after its wholly owned
residential arm Ascott Group secured a contract to manage a new
service apartment complex in Jakarta, Indonesia.

- Singapore property firm Capitaland's wholly-owned serviced residence unit Ascott has secured a contract to manage its first Citadines-branded service residence in Jakarta, Indonesia.

- Singapore conglomerate Keppel Corp said on Monday that chairman and chief executive Lim Chee Onn will step down from the chief executive role and pass the baton to Choo Chiau Beng, the head of the firm's rig and ship building arm.
--ASCENDAS INDIA TRUST
- Ascendas Group, a Singapore government-linked developer, said on Monday it has increased its stake in Ascendas India Trust to 24.88 percent from 17.13 percent after buying shares from General Electric Capital and on the open market.
- Singapore's benchmark Straits Times Index fell 2.78 percent to 1,745.63 points on Monday.
- The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down by 0.69 percent to 8,519.77. The Nasdaq Composite Index slid by 2.04 percent to 1,532.35.
