Smokefree Innotec, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SFIO), announced today that, effective today, the Company’s name has been changed from Courtside Products, Inc. to Smokefree Innotec, Inc. In addition, the domicile of the Company has been moved to the State of Nevada from the State of Washington. The new trading symbol for Smokefree Innotec, Inc. is SFIO.PK.
A new Board has been installed along with new officers, headed by Thomas Schoepfer of Nashville, Tennessee. These changes will not have any effect on the rights of the Company Shareholders. The Company Information profile is currently being updated and submitted to show on the Pink Sheets website shortly.
