TEL AVIV, Sept 13 (Reuters) - Bank Leumi, Israel's largest bank, said on Sunday its subsidiary Leumi Partners agreed to sell 20 percent of the Keshet television company to G.N. Communications Industries Ltd for $6 million.
The sale also includes rights to a shareholders' loan granted by Leumi Partners to Keshet in the amount of 6.5 million israeli shekels ($1.73 million).
G.N. Communications is wholly owned by businesswoman Gal Naor. The deal is subject to receipt of various approvals.
