WASHINGTON, Oct 5 (Reuters) - U.S. President Barack Obama on Monday said he planned to nominate Mary Miller, a vice president of the mutual funds giant T. Rowe Price Group, as Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Financial Markets.
Miller is also a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates and director of T. Rowe Price's Fixed Income Division, and a member of the firm's Management and Finance Committees and chair of its Fixed Income Steering Committees, the White House said.
