Change Due to Logistical Issues Unrelated to Any Changes in Financial Condition, Results of Operations or Internal Control Issues
Synergetics USA, Inc. (NASDAQ: SURG) announced today that it has rescheduled its earnings release and investor conference call for its fiscal fourth quarter and year ended July 31, 2009, due to logistical issues. The Company plans to release its financial results after market close on October 28, 2009, and hold its investor call on the morning of Thursday, October 29, 2009, at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
The Company noted that the change in dates is due to logistical issues and is unrelated to any changes in financial condition, results of operations or in the effectiveness of the internal controls.
The earnings release was previously scheduled after market close on Wednesday, October 14, 2009, with the investor call previously scheduled for the morning of Thursday, October 15, 2009, at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
