NEW YORK, Oct 12 (Reuters) - Alon USA Energy Inc said the tie-in of a new ultra-low sulfur gasoline unit at its 70,000 barrel-per-day Big Spring, Texas, refinery was complete and the refinery was at planned rates.
The refinery was running at around 55,000 barrels per day during the work.
