HOUSTON, Oct 25 (Reuters) - BP Plc reported a crude unit malfunction at its 455,790 barrel per day (bpd) Texas City, Texas, refinery, according to a notice filed with Texas pollution regulators.
The malfunction on Friday caused sulfur oxide pollution in excess of limits set by pollution regulators for the refinery, according to the notice filed with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
