PepsiCo wins EU approval to buy two bottlers
PepsiCo on Tuesday won European Union regulatory approval to buy Pepsi Bottling Group and PepsiAmericas, with the European Commission saying they wouldn't impede competition in Europe.
PepsiCo announced the $7.8 billion deal in early August.
