ST ANDREWS, Scotland, Nov 7 (Reuters) - British Finance Minister Alistair Darling on Saturday called on his G20 counterparts to make progress on climate change finance.
Darling, hosting the G20 finance ministers' meeting, also said a framework for the return to future economic growth needed to be agreed.
