CAIRO, Nov 8 (Reuters) - Egypt's Pioneers Holding and Beltone Financial will each retain the same, separate management under their planned merger, but will report to a single holding company, a senior Beltone official said.

'Beltone is going keep its management and Pioneers is going to keep its management, reporting into a holding company,' Iman Hammam, Beltone's head of marketing, told Reuters.
