HONG KONG, Nov 21 (Reuters) - Las Vegas Sands Corp, the world's most valuable casino company, has priced the initial public offering for Sands China Ltd at HK$10.38 per share, a person familiar with the offering said.

The price was at the low end of the expected HK$10.38-HK$13.88 range, according to the person, who declined to be named because of a lack of authority to speak.
