Mr. Jones will make a presentation on the valuation of spectrum licenses for wireless broadband services, including WiMAX as well as other technologies. These valuations and sustainable policy for broadband spectrum administration are critical to the universal development of wireless access networks and infrastructure. They will directly impact the sustainability of existing enterprises as well as broadband growth fueled in part by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA).
