BEIJING, Jan 12 (Reuters) - Sinopec's Qilu plant will close its 70,000 barrel-per-day (bpd) crude unit for the whole month of March for routine repairs, an industry source said on Tuesday.
Crude throughput in March will fall to about 122,450 barrels per day (bpd) compared with total capacity of 200,000 bpd, the source said.
Several other facilities including a hydrocracker and a coking unit will also be shut down for maintenance, the source said.
'The repair will last for at least a month and if things go smoothly, we will resume normal production in April,' the source said.
