Leverkusen, 07 June 2010 - The executive and supervisory boards of Biofrontera AG (ISIN: DE 0006046113) have decided to use authorized capital for an increase of the company's base capital by up to 580,000 shares against cash contribution.
The New Shares will be offered to institutional investors in a private placement. In the case of placing all shares the company expects a net capital raise of about 1.2 mln. euro.
On the basis of the premarketing the company anticipates the placement of all shares shortly.
