HONG KONG, Feb 11 (Reuters) - CITIC 1616 Holdings Ltd said it agreed to buy a stake in Macau's mobile operator Companhia de Telecomunicacoes de Macau for HK$1.4 billion ($180 million).
CITIC 1616 is buying the 20 percent stake from its parent CITIC Pacific, the company said in a filing.
