Broadview Networks won the top Stevie® Award for Customer Service Team of the Year at the 2010 American Business AwardsSM. The awards were presented at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City during ceremonies hosted by Cheryl Casone of Fox Business Network and broadcast nationwide on radio by the Business TalkRadio Network.
Broadview Networks customer service repair organization and 11 other companies, including Comcast, AT&T and Kohl's, competed for the award. In accepting the award, senior vice president Art Gairo said, "Our customers tell us all the time how outstanding our customer service team is. We're thrilled our team is winning the industry recognition they deserve—and have worked so hard to earn."
The Stevie Award winners were selected from more than 2,700 entries across 40 categories and more than 200 executives across the country participated in the judging process to determine the finalists and winners.
Broadview Networks was also named as a finalist in the categories of Best Marketing/Sales brochure for its "Site Seller" and best corporate responsibility program for its effort to support the annual YAI Networks Central Park Challenge.
