BARCELONA, Feb 16 (Reuters) - Nokia's smartphone unit chief Jo Harlow told Reuters in an interview at the Mobile World Congress trade fair in Barcelona:
* To roll out smartphones using new Symbian 3 operating software at end-h1/early summer
* Reasonable to expect other new Symbian phones before that
* Pleased with touch phones portfolio
* Flagship N97 phone has had some software problems
