The assessment, part of the CIGNA International Expatriate Benefits (CIEB) standard health plan at no additional charge for fully insured customers, was developed by vielife, a London-based CIGNA company. Expatriates can complete the interactive, multilingual, multicultural health and wellness questionnaire online in about 20 minutes using CIEB''s secure Web site, www.CIGNAenvoy.com. The voluntary and confidential assessment can be localized and customized with questions relevant to specific geographic regions. By the end of 2010, it will be available in 20 languages.

Using the appropriate questionnaire for their language and location, employees answer a series of questions about their health habits and lifestyle. Immediately upon completion, they receive an electronic report identifying their top health risks along with an evaluation of their health status and recommendations for improving their health and well-being.
