* sees some change to business model under reform, but Cigna will 'be less
impacted' because Cigna not a significant player in the individual health
insurance market
* sees little impact from antitrust exemption changes
* supports purchase of insurance across state lines, sees opportunities for
changes
* Meeting with U.S. Health Secretary Kathleen Sebelius was constructive
