held by Deutsche Bank ag
* Says intends to place a total number of up to about 2.93 million own shares
(8.9% of the share capital)
* Says placement to be simultaneously with Deutsche Bank placement of up to
2.75 million springer shares
* Says it is currently intended to perform such placement within the current
quarter of the year
* Says in total placement includes up to 5.68 million shares or about 17.2 % of
share capital
