SINGAPORE, March 18 (Reuters) - Chevron Phillips Chemical has started a fuel gas process unit at its Port Arthur, Texas, plant, the company said in a filing to state regulators.
An ethylene unit will be started up from March 18 and the whole process will last until May 17, according to notices filed with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
