Arturo Vargas, executive director of the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO) Educational Fund speaks at the rally for comprehensive immigration reform to take place on Sunday, March 21 on the National Mall in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Vargas will focus his comments on the importance of participating in the 2010 Census, urging all Latinos to stand up and be counted.
The Census Bureau this week mailed forms to 120 million households.
